Flights
You are responsible for booking your own flights/transport to the start point of the expedition. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you need assistance.
The start date of your expedition is listed in the current brochure, on the web site or just call us. Trekforce staff will aim to meet you at the arrival airport in their Trekforce polo shirts. We will collect you at no additional cost if you arrive up to two days before the start of the program, however you will be responsible for any extra accommodation or food you require before the project starts.

Insurance
As a member of the British Governments FCO “Know Before You Go” programme we insist you have repatriation and medical insurance. So please check your insurance will return you to your home country in the case of any type of emergency.
We also recommend your policy includes cancellation cover. If you intend to dive, it must insure you to dive, down to 30m.

Kit
There is no need to buy loads of kits to participate on our expeditions. Once you sign up and received your personal web page password, you will then have access to our recommend kit list.
Medical / Safety
We require all participants to send to us a letter from their doctor confirming you are fit to participate. Full details including any inoculations required, are provided on your personal web page, once you have booked.
